LIFE IS TOO SHORT
TO BE STUCK
Negative Thinking. Unhealthy Patterns. Toxic Relationships. Depression. Anxiety.
WE CARE ABOUT
INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, FAMILIES &
OUR ENTIRE COMMUNITY
Cultivation Counseling has been providing counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health services to North Idaho for a decade. We measure our success in making individual changes that make our community a better place to live. Our experienced team is experienced, professional, and caring.
Therapy is a process that occurs one individual at a time, we are dedicated to truly helping each individual become the best version of themselves.
What leads an individual to seek counseling? An awareness that something needs to be different. Perhaps a desire to stop feeling sad, depressed, worried, or angry has led you to seek counseling. Through counseling you may find that working with an objective listener may help you make the changes you seek.
Few events in our lives impact us more than our romantic relationships. Think about the feeling of first love. Few emotions can compare to this powerful experience. On the opposite side of that spectrum is the feeling of loss and abandonment associated with the end of a relationship. Often times individuals do not start, experience, or move on from past relationships in a way that is healthy and beneficial. At Cultivation Counseling the emphasis is always on growth. We work with our clients to help them experience relationships in a way that helps them feel love in the most beneficial manner possible.
Cultivation Counseling offers Parent Coaching sessions aimed to support families with children with anxiety disorders. Our coaching model is based on research developed at Yale's Child Study Center. Parent Coaching gives parents tools to help their child improve symptoms of anxiety, OCD, or related disorders. Parent coaching allows parents to learn how to support their child in healthy ways.
Cultivation Counseling is providing distance counseling across the State of Idaho, and we are currently accepting new clients! Insurance companies and Medicaid have increased opportunity for reimbursement for therapy at a distance.
