Krista earned her Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University. She employs a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Adlerian techniques, Client-Centered methods, and Psychoanalytic strategies. Krista offers counseling services to individuals of all ages, including adults, adolescents, and children aged six and older. Her goal is to empower clients to achieve their optimal level of well-being, self-management, and functional capacity in alignment with their personal needs and values. She has experience working with diverse age groups and addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
