Ta’Boris is a licensed clinical professional counselor with expertise in community mental health, residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric admissions, outpatient therapy, and intensive outpatient programs for adolescents and adults. He is committed to supporting clients in overcoming challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the effects of systemic and cultural stressors. Ta’Boris practices a collaborative, client-centered approach, utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. He has a particular interest in working with adolescents and professionals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their goals and personal growth.
Outside of his clinical work, Ta’Boris values creativity and balance, engaging in activities such as sports, music, comics, poetry, and the arts in his free time.
